WIRE-15221 Monitor Audio - Rendezvous #00595794 WC11.1 Reproducible
Rendezvous monitor audio does route to the Audio Interface defined in system preferences. On OSX, it is sent to the default audio output device within OSX. Once wirecast is running, any update to system preferences is ignored by Rendezvous. If you start a show - and forgot to update before the show, you will have to cancel your broadcast - stop wirecast, update your audio output, and then restart wirecast. Not good.
But thats not all. If you are doing a screen capture and using System Audio Capture, this captures the audio from your Rendezvous dashboard, which produces a delay/echo for your guest(s).
Rendezvous audio output interface needs to be configurable within Wirecast. It also needs to be able to be changed/updated after a broadcast starts. And of course, it needs to be excluded from System Audio Capture.
